HOW WE DO IT
A mix of several modalities, each Minifit session condenses strength, fitness and core stability into incredibly effective 10 to 20 minute bursts. You’ll be working hard, feeling the rush of endorphins and pushing past barriers in the capable hands of Rugby League great, Anthony Minichiello. No experience needed, just heart.
