Keeping the body’s water levels at optimum to boost concentration, learning and development.

Boosting brain development, body repair and regeneration through rest and active recovery.

Minimizing time spent on digital devices, promoting creativity and positive circadian rhythm.
HOLIDAY CLINICS
ACTIVE, FUN & COMPLETELY FREE
An interactive, hands-on and exciting day of events led by NRL’s own, Anthony Minichiello, held at locations all over NSW. Encouraging health, fitness and fun, these FREE clinics give your children a chance to build both physical skills and lasting friendships.
